Billroo Transaction Sync Troubleshooting Guide

If your transactions aren't syncing after connecting your bank, follow these steps:

  1. Wait for an Hour

    • Transactions may take up to 1 hour to appear after connecting your bank.

    • If it's been less than an hour, check back later.

  2. Check Your Bank Connection

    • Ensure your bank account is properly linked in Billroo.

    • If needed, disconnect and reconnect your bank to refresh the connection.

  3. Escalate the Issue

    • If it has been more than 1 hour and transactions are still missing, escalate the issue by contacting us at support@billroo.com and we will raise a ticket with Fiskil, our open banking provider.
