Billroo Transaction Sync Troubleshooting Guide

If your transactions aren't syncing after connecting your bank, follow these steps:
Wait for an Hour
Transactions may take up to 1 hour to appear after connecting your bank.
If it's been less than an hour, check back later.
Check Your Bank Connection
Ensure your bank account is properly linked in Billroo.
If needed, disconnect and reconnect your bank to refresh the connection.
Escalate the Issue
If it has been more than 1 hour and transactions are still missing, escalate the issue by contacting us at support@billroo.com and we will raise a ticket with Fiskil, our open banking provider.
