Import AMEX Statement

Because Open Banking in Australia only supports Australian banks, you cannot automatically synchronise AMEX transactions at this time.

To manually upload your AMEX transactions into your Billroo account:

1. Login into AMEX

2. Go to Statement & Activity > Card Statements & Activity

3. Go to Previous Billing Periods > select the period you want to import in Billroo

4. Click on Download

5. Select CSV

6. Go back to Billroo

7. In the Transactions page > Upload

8. Import the file that you have downloaded previously

9. Match the columns

a. Select the date as DD/MM/YYYY

b. Select Description for Description

c. Select Amount for Amount

10. Categorise your transactions

11. Click continue.
