On the Website/Desktop

  • Perform a hard refresh of the login page:

On the Mobile App

  • Double-check your email address: Ensure you're using the email associated with your account.

  • Clear your app cache: This can help resolve any temporary issues.

  • Check for updates: Make sure that you're using the most recent version of the app.

  • Uninstall the mobile app and then reinstall it.
