Managing Cost Duplication with Multiple Connected Accounts

We’re actively working on a fix for this issue and want to thank you for your patience.

At the moment, our duplicate transaction detection only prevents mortgage transaction duplication. It does not yet cover general account duplication, which is why shared expenses may still appear twice.

Temporary Fix: If both partners connect the same shared account (e.g., a mortgage or joint savings account), transactions may duplicate. To avoid this, only one partner should connect to that particular shared account.

We know this can be frustrating, and resolving it is one of our top priorities.
