Why is my bank/credit card not supported?

Open Banking is currently only available to accounts with Australian based banks. This means that overseas banks and non-bank financial institutions such as finance companies or Amex are not able to be connected at this time.

The good news is that Open Banking regulations will expand in 2026 to include more providers. When that happens Billroo will be able to offer users the option to connect other accounts such as Amex alongside their Australian bank and credit card accounts.
