Whether you're using our mobile app or the desktop version, we've got you covered with easy-to-follow steps to connect your bank account to Billroo.

Adding a Bank Account on the Mobile App

To add a bank account using the Billroo mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Select Profile.

  2. Tap on Manage Bank Accounts.

  3. Choose Add New Account. You will reach a screen prompting you to consent to sharing your data sharing Fiskil, our Open Banking partner. If you have questions about Open Banking you can learn more here: https://help.billroo.com/en/articles/9775489

  4. Once you press Continue, it will bring up a list of banks that can be connected. Select the bank you wish to connect. From there it will prompt you to login to your bank account to authorise the connection.

    Please note that it can take up to an hour for transactions to appear in Billroo after connecting a new bank account.

Adding a Bank Account on the Desktop

If you prefer using the desktop version, here’s how to add a bank account:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions tab.

  2. Click on Import or Add Transactions.

  3. Select Bank Connections.

  4. Select Add Account

  5. You will reach a screen prompting you to consent to sharing your data sharing Fiskil, our Open Banking partner. If you have questions about Open Banking you can learn more here: https://help.billroo.com/en/articles/9775489

  6. Once you press Continue, it will show you a list of banks that can be connected. Select the bank you wish to connect. From there it will prompt you to login to your bank account to authorise the connection.
