Apple Users - Cancelling Subscription

If you are an Apple user, please note that Billroo cannot cancel your subscription on our end. As per Apple's policy, all subscription management must be conducted through the App Store. Therefore, users must follow the steps outlined below to cancel their subscription directly on their Apple devices.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription on an Apple Device

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple device.

  2. Tap on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select "Subscriptions" from the menu options.

  4. Find and select your Billroo subscription from the list.

  5. Tap on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
