How Can I Start Over Again?

Are you looking to start fresh with your Billroo account? There are two options to reset your account and start from scratch.

If you want a complete reset, deleting your Billroo account is the way to go. This action will permanently erase all your data, including transactions and any categories you’ve set up. But don’t worry! After deleting your account, you can sign up again using the same email address. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to restart any subscriptions when you create your new account.

If you prefer not to close your account - perhaps if you have setup categories, tags etc that you would like to keep - then you can manually delete transactions instead. For a smoother experience, we recommend using the desktop version of Billroo, where you can delete transactions in bulk.

1. Log into Billroo on your computer for the best experience.

2. Navigate to the Transactions tab.

3. Use the search bar to find transactions from specific retailers or apply filters to display certain categories.

4. Once you’ve located the transactions you want to delete, select them by clicking the checkbox next to each transaction, or use the top checkbox to Select All.

5. After selecting the transactions, look for the small three dots located to the right of the Amount column.

6. Click on the three dots to open a menu and select Delete Selection.

Keep in mind that this action will only apply to the 50 transactions displayed on the page. If you have more transactions to delete, simply repeat the procedure on the following pages.
