Here, we address some common questions about using Billroo!

Currently, Billroo does not offer the option to rename bank accounts or add custom nicknames within the app. The account names you see are directly sourced from your bank via Open Banking. This means that any changes made in your bank’s online platform won’t reflect in Billroo. We understand that this might be a bit frustrating, and we are actively working on making this feature more customizable in the future.

While there isn't a dedicated note feature, you can use Tags to connect transactions from different categories. You have the flexibility to create and customize whichever tags you need. If there's something specific you want to note about a transaction, using a tag is a great way to do this!

Your Overview will only include finalized transactions from the Transaction page. Some banks do show pending transactions through Open Banking, and you can view these by clicking on the "Pending" button. However, please note that these transactions will not be included in your overview until they are finalized.

You can upload a maximum of 500 transactions per month via CSV, either in one upload or across multiple uploads. If your bank is compatible with Open Banking, it's best to connect your accounts to synchronize automatically. However, for Amex and other non-bank financial institutions, CSV upload can be a handy feature. You can learn more here.
